Ordering and delivery

All personal information are confidential and secure.

All personal information are dealt according to a law and  protection of personal information.

You will pay your order:

-         after the delivery, when you will receive the order at home or when you pick it up from the post office.

Purchased items are packed in parcels of  Post of Slovenia.

If you think you delivery is late, we would like if you could inform us, sending an email to: MAIL  

The costs of delivery are 950,00 SIT (3.96 EU). Reclamations are possible in 8 days after receiving the order.

Special offer: for orders over 9.000 SIT ( 37.56 EU)we cover the costs of the delivery. This special offer is only avaliable for orders through internet.

If there are any kind of problems with your order we will inform you honestly and as quickly as possible.
